I Have seen more material ruined by energetic cleaning than by the original spills. Be patient it can take days for this fibre to dry especially if it has an underlay which will soak up the fluid constituents.

When you are sure it is dry and if there is still a mark there are contact cleaning powders available to clean these type of flooring which are much more sympathetic to the natural fibre than solvent cleaners.

The powders are useful if keep handy at home and will clean small areas you can get it from this company.
